Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible part-time role? Advanced Interiors Inc. seeks a dedicated Part-Time Assistant to support our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage customer calls
- Maintain and organize files
- Update photos to Google Drive
- Keep our database up to date
- Follow up with customers
- Distribute newsletters to our database
- Send thank you notes to customers
- Collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator
- Attend weekly meetings with the owner

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of Google Drive and database management
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
